Event Recap
A fantastic turnout at the Cradock ROC The Block event, with 224 employees and 24 community members joining forces to improve the neighborhood! Here is a recap of the great work that was done:
- 3 trees were completely removed, and over 60 street trees (mainly crepe myrtles) were pruned and limbed up
- We edged multiple curb lanes and sidewalks, and though weed eating wasn't needed much, we ensured all areas were tidy
- Area inspectors noted 2 property maintenance issues and 4-5 Inoperative Motor Vehicles (IMVs), which were addressed with citations
- Volunteers collected 142 bags of trash, weighing in at 1,704 pounds, along with 3 tires.
